Pivotal Advisors Co-Founder Gary Braun, a leading sales improvement specialist, will teach you how to evaluate six critical areas within your sales organization that must function correctly to optimize to sales growth.

In this seminar, Braun will analyze why most of these efforts fail and what you can do about it. He will show you how to evaluate your growth strategy, people, sales process, measurement, rewards and recognition, and execution. You will walk away with an understanding of where you are currently, and the areas you need to address.

The regular association meeting will begin at 7:15 a.m. at The Woman’s Club main dining room, and the seminar will follow at 7:45 a.m. A hot buffet breakfast will be served beginning at 7:30 a.m. Parking is free for attendees.
