Sales leaders coach their front line to do what’s been done, leaving them vulnerable to the competition. So how can sales leaders coach their teams to think differently?

Based on Mark Donnolo’s years as a designer in New York and undergraduate education at University of the Arts in Philadelphia, Mark takes a creative thinking process and teaches sales people how to apply it to real sales situations. The results are differentiated customer solutions and a competitive advantage.

Learning Objectives:

  • incorporate creative thinking strategies into weekly one-on-one meetings
  • apply a creative thinking process to identified opportunities, and pre-call and post-call coaching
  • assess and understand individuals’ creative strengths and weaknesses, and how to coach reps to build their creative muscle
