Setting up prices for Dues Renewal

Before proceeding, be sure that your Online Payment settings have been completed.  Also, if your dues renewal fees are the same as your new member fees, you do not need to complete the following instructions.  Your dues renewal fees will be based on your new member fees.

1. Go to the Dues/Registration >> Registration Dues Renewal.

2. For the question, Would you like to use the same dues setup (fees) for registration for renewal dues?, select No.  Scroll to the bottom and click Submit.  (If you choose "Yes" instead, your renewal fee structure will be the same as your new member fee structure.)

3. When the page refreshes, scroll to the bottom of the page and click on the first link, Assign Prices to your Renewal/Registration.

4. On the next page, select the Term Length and Membership Type and then enter the price for the renewal fees.  Click Submit after entering each different price.
