Setting up a price for posting Classified ads

The first thing you'll want to set up in the Classifieds module is the price for posting an ad.  Before proceeding, be sure that you have fully set up your online payments (see Setting up methods of payments).

To set up a price for classified posting:

1. Go to the Admin - Assn Defaults link.

2. Click the Modules tab at the top.

3. Under the "Classifieds" heading, find the "Classified publish fee" field.

4. Enter the amount you wish to charge to post a classified ad.  Do not use a dollar sign.  You can enter just dollars (for example, 25) or dollars and cents (for example, 24.95).  If you wish classified posting to be free, type 0 in the field.

5. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Save.
