Overview of Plug'n Pay and Cynergy

Plug'n Pay and Cynergy are the partner companies that Affiniscape Merchant Solutions has teamed up with to provide automatic credit card processing.  All of your service and support is handled through Affiniscape Merchant Solutions, but you will be accessing accounts from Plug'n Pay and Cynergy as you utilize the service.

Plug'n Pay

Plug'n Pay is your online gateway, which means that they are responsible for the real-time credit card processing.  We have set up your Members24x7 web site to work seamlessly with Plug'n Pay.  The results of the charge are recorded on your Members24x7 web site, as well as on your Plug'n Pay web site.

From time to time, you will access your Plug'n Pay web site, either to run manual transactions or returns, or to download reports for reconciliation.  The web site is www.plugnpay.com.  Your association will have one or more usernames and passwords provided by Affiniscape Merchant Solutions to access your Plug'n Pay account.

Cynergy

Cynergy Data provides your merchant account, which is the account that is capable of taking money from credit card providers such as Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.  Every night, your Plug'n Pay account will batch together the authorized credit card transactions from that day and send them to your Cynergy merchant account.  Cynergy acquires the funds from the various credit cards, deducts the credit card fees automatically, and sends the deposit amount to your association's bank of choice, all automatically.

From time to time, you will access your Cynergy web site to pull deposit reports that you can reconcile with your bank.  The web site is www.cynergydata.com.  Your association will have one or more usernames and passwords provided by Affiniscape Merchant Solutions to access your Cynergy account.
